3G Shielding Specialties offers a full lineup of Enclosure Shielding as possible replacements to the recently discontinued W.L Gore gaskets.  Now is the time to replace the GS2100, GS5200, and GS8000 materials before they go end of life.  3G Shielding has options for every application and budget starting with our most cost-effective Ni/Cu plated Conductive PE / Conductive Urethane Foam products up to our higher performance Ni/C and Ni/Al Filled Conductive Elastomers.

Our low cost, low compression force Conductive PE / Conductive Urethane Foam options come standard with Conductive Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) for easy mounting options. 3G can easily fabricate them into your existing gasket designs as drop in replacements. When both Environmental Sealing and EMI Shielding are requirements, our S1660, S1680, and F1690 Conductive Elastomers are offered in sheet form with and without conductive PSA and also can be fabricated into custom gaskets. These high performance materials also can be extruded into standard and custom profiles, can be vulcanized into O-Rings, or molded into custom shapes.
